Introducing underrepresented elementary-aged children to the world of STEM through the "Power of Vision" STEMArts Program.
At S.T.E.M. Empowers Futures, I believe that education should be accessible to everyone. I strive to provide an affordable, high-quality STEM educational service that showcases diverse STEM fields and professions that children may never encounter on TV, social media, or in everyday life.
Black and Hispanic people are significantly underrepresented in the workforce. To close this gap, it is important to expose underrepresented student populations to STEM, its different fields, and STEM professions in their formative years, inspiring them to pursue STEM education paths and careers.

Student benefits from the program include:
- Improved collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, critical
thinking, communication, reading skills, and decision-making.
- Gains in new knowledge regarding science, technology, engineering,
and math fields and professions.

Through her signature “Power of Vision” STEMArts program and other initiatives, she equips students in grades 1-5 with exposure, confidence, and inspiration to pursue STEM pathways. Passionate about increasing diversity in STEM, she actively partners with schools, community organizations, and her local church to deliver impactful, accessible programming.
Her mission is simple: to help young people see what’s possible—because she believes that “you have to see it to be it.”
Dr. Moultry-Leach is also a member of the Fort Washington Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Antioch Baptist Church of Clinton, MD.
